Elliott Eugene Carrigan, a beloved member of the Belle Glade, FL community, peacefully passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 67. Born on October 6, 1956, in Belle Glade, Elliott was the cherished son of Sylvia Jean Carrigan and Fred Willbon. Throughout his life, Elliott touched the hearts of numerous family members and friends who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.

Elliott's life will be celebrated through a series of events held to honor his memory. The first event, a Visitation, will take place on November 30, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint John Missionary Baptist Church located at 900 N Seacrest Blvd in Boynton Beach, FL.

Following the Visitation, a Funeral Service will be held on the same day at the same location from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This service will provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together and pay their final respects to Elliott as they share precious memories and stories.

The final event to commemorate Elliott's life is an Interment ceremony that will take place at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth Beach, FL. This solemn occasion will occur on November 30, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. It is here where Elliott will find eternal rest among nature's embrace.
