Born on August 23, 1949, to her devoted parents Oscar and Clara Smith, Mother Ruby was an embodiment of love, strength, and grace throughout her life.

Mother Ruby was a beacon of light to all who knew her, and her remarkable spirit touched countless lives. Her nurturing personality and profound wisdom made her a cherished figure not just within her family, but also throughout her community. A steadfast friend and dedicated mentor, she opened her arms to all, providing comfort and support wherever needed.

As we gather to honor her memory, we invite those who loved her to pay their respects during a Visitation on October 4, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Journey Memorial Chapel Funeral and Cremation Services in West Palm Beach. Following this, we will celebrate her remarkable life with a Funeral Service on October 5, 2024, commencing at 11:00 AM at In Time Church Of God In Christ. The service will conclude at 1:00 PM, providing a time for reflection and remembrance.
